- Are you open to the general public and how can I register for an account?
We are open to the trade only. If you are an independent retailer or a caterer please come to the cash & carry with proof of business, e.g a letter with company name or business card, and register your details at the reception desk.
- How do I open an online account?
To open an online account you need to be an independent retailer or a caterer. Please follow the link to register an account online. Once you have registered and your details have been verified, a member of our team will get in touch to confirm your online account.
- What is your minimum order amount for delivery and are there any delivery charges?
We do have a minimum order; however, it varies depending on your location. Therefore, once you have registered a member of our team will let your know your terms.
- Can I return an item bought in store?
We operate a 7 day return policy on all goods except frozen and chilled products. Please bring your invoice and ensure the goods are in resalable conditions.
- Are there any vacancies available?

- Are you open on bank holidays?
We are open as normal on all bank holidays.
